A really short skiing trip

We had winter. For some time. And last Monday it all started melting, it started raining and last night and today the wind has been blowing so stroooong! It's scary to even open the door. You don't know if after a few seconds you're still gonna have something to shut...

But not about that, not about that.

We went skiing on Saturday. Obviously, I wasn't skiing. I've never done that. And being pregnant is probably not the best time to start learning how to do it. But Artur was trying it out for the first time. And a happy mum as I was (and feeling much better than during the previous days) I was taking pictures of the three guys - the two adults trying to teach the child how to ski. Anyhow, we all had a great time! And that was the point! Even though it was really freezing!

Oh, and one new thing. I've decided to make this blog a bilingual space. But these are not gonna be direct translations. Although they're gonna state roughly the same. Grandma, I''m doing it for you :)

I o to przecież chodziło! Nawet mimo paskudnego mrozu ;)

I jedna nowość.

The big comeback and the big coming out

It's been a looong time. I'm really hipong I'm back here. Can't promise anything, though. You know how it is when you really, really want to do something, but simply can't do it... Still, keep your fingers crossed and I'll do the same, and maybe that'll work.

I'm sick right no. Sitting on a chair under a warm blanket with warm socks on my feet drinking hot tea while writing this post. Afterall I'm taking care not only of myself. And here comes the big news that's been kinda keeping me away from this blog. From writing, from browsing through pictures, from taking pictures... I'm pregnant. Just started my 19th week, so almost half of it is already behind me. And the beginning wasn't easy - hence the break. If you can think of some drawbacks at the beginning of pregnancy... hey, I've probably had that. Plus that hatred towards pictures... No idea where that comes from. But I can remember quite vividly that when I was pregnant with Artur I couldn't read one of my favoured author's books! And still haven't read it... I just can't make myself do it. I've read his others books since then (even one still at the hospital, after giving birth to my son - I have no idea how it is in your countries, but in Poland you have to stay at the hospital at least two whole days after giving birth, and I had to stay four due to c-section), but can't make myself read that particular one. Hope it's not gonna be the same with my pictures from the time! I'm really looking forward to showing you Tatra Mountains! Though I feel it's still not the time...

So... that's basically it. I'm staying in bed right now hoping to get better soon. Really soon. And for the first time since I got rid of it (and it's been over a year and a half), I start missing my laptop. That would be so helpful in writing posts while I'm in bed. Now I have to get downstairs to get to the computers and I just don't feel like doing that... It's much more comfy to stay in bed than to sit on a chair. It's gonna get better soon!

Hope to be writing another post for you soon!
